Stores & Supply

Stores and Supplies Department is the store house of the Hospital (JUTH) headed by a Chief Stores and Supplies Officer.
The Department handles receipt/inspection of all incoming materials in the hospital, storage and management of materials, spot purchases, market research and survey, stock control and others as may be assigned.
Various sections in the Department that handles specific tasks are:
A. Receiving Section
B. Issuing Section
C. Purchasing Section
D. Ledger Section
E. Inventory and Scrap Section
F. Hospital Equipment/Furniture/Motor Spare Parts/ Hardware/Electrical
Each headed by a Store Officer
